Our staff guards the objects that are reported as forgotten inside the air terminal and, after the pertinent verification, the delivery is coordinated with their owners, in person. To date, we do not deliver items to your home.

If you forgot an item aboard your flight, we suggest you contact the airline directly.
Items that have not been claimed by their owners and exceed 60 labor days of custody will be delivered to the corresponding authorities.
