Accessibility Facilities and Priority Assistance
An Airport for Everyone! 🌻
Jorge Chávez is the first airport in Peru to have implemented accessibility and inclusion facilities throughout its entire terminal.
- Braille signage
- Tactile guidance paths
- Electric courtesy carts
- Family restrooms
- Priority flows
- Water fountains
- Ramps and alternative elevators
As well as free services at the Information Modules:
- Assistance in Peruvian sign language
- Wheelchair loans
- Baby stroller loans
- Free distribution of the Sunflower Lanyard
- Extended passenger drop-off time on the Express Lane (Gate 3, Level 2).
These free facilities allow us to provide a more accessible, empathetic, and inclusive travel experience for everyone: passengers, visitors, and staff.
They are designed for people with reduced mobility (e.g., older adults, pregnant women, wheelchair users, or people with visual impairments) and people with non-visible conditions (e.g., Autism, Alzheimer’s, Fibromyalgia, among others).
Priority assistance
If you require priority assistance throughout your travel flow, contact your airline so they can accompany you throughout the process.
