OSITRAN

OSITRAN is the Supervisory Agency for Investment in Public Use Transportation Infrastructure. It is a public, decentralized agency under the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, with administrative, functional, technical, economic, and financial autonomy. Its general objective is to regulate, standardize, supervise, and oversee—within its competence—the behavior of markets where service providers operate, as well as the fulfillment of concession contracts, ensuring in an impartial and objective manner the interests of the State, investors, and users. In accordance with the second paragraph of subsection c) of paragraph 6.3 of article 6 of Legislative Decree No. 1372 and paragraph 7.3 of article 7 of Supreme Decree No. 003-2019-EF, LIMA AIRPORT PARTNERS S.R.L. hereby informs that it has carried out reasonable mechanisms to obtain information on the ultimate beneficial owner, considering the ownership and control criteria set forth in items a) and b) of paragraph 4.1 of article 4 of Legislative Decree 1372 and in paragraphs 5.1 to 5.4 of its Regulations, and has documented them, respectively. However, it has not been possible to identify the ultimate beneficial owner under the criteria indicated in the preceding paragraph; therefore, we have considered as ultimate beneficial owners the natural persons who hold the senior management positions.
