The conservation of your personal data will be carried out for the duration of the contractual relationship, after which the data will be kept or eliminated in accordance with current legislation.

  1. TRANSFER AND TRANSMISSION OF PERSONAL DATA

THE COMPANY informs that personal data will be transferred nationally and internationally (cross-border flow) to the companies that make up LAP (based in Peru and abroad), as well as third parties or suppliers that have authorized access to the personal data, restricted to a purpose contracted by THE COMPANY and in accordance with data protection laws. Considering the service or product acquired in THE COMPANY, as well as the additional purposes to the contract or request sent by you, THE COMPANY may have to transfer your personal data to third parties or authorized providers, strictly and solely for the purpose of carrying out activities related to the purposes indicated in the data banks registered with the National Data Protection Authority.

  1. DUTIES OF THE COMPANY AS HOLDER OF THE PERSONAL DATA BANK

THE COMPANY bears in mind that the Personal Data is property of and owned by the people to whom they refer and only they can decide on them. In that sense, THE COMPANY will use the Personal Data collected only for the purposes for which it is duly empowered and respecting the current regulations on the Protection of Personal Data. In this sense, THE COMPANY will attend to the duties provided for the Holders of the Personal Data Bank according to Law No. 29733 – Personal Data Protection Law and its regulations that regulate, modify or replace it.

  1. CONSENT

THE COMPANY will request free, prior, express, unequivocal and informed consent from the personal data owners when personal data processing is required. This manifestation of the Holder's will can occur through different mechanisms made available by THE COMPANY, such as:

Your authorization on the processing of your personal data will be valid for the duration of the contractual relationship, after which your data will be used only to respond to your requests, queries and carry out promotional actions, provided that we still have your consent. Likewise, THE COMPANY may request additional information from the owner of personal data in order to verify and/or validate their identity.

The company only uses the personal data of minors with the prior consent of their parents, guardians or legal representatives who will be responsible for all acts carried out by minors in their charge.
