Among the main ones we could mention the following:

LAP assumes the investment of the urban development and all the access road infrastructure for the vehicular entrance and exit to the Airport City
LAP grants contract terms that allow making viable the investment of third parties within the limits of the Concession Contract
The Concession Contract establishes investment protection clauses for the developer or investor
The Developer or investor does not need to invest in the purchase of the land, because it will lease the same to LAP during the term of its contract
The Projects located in the concession lands can avail themselves of Modality "A" of Law 29090, which allows an automatic approval of the Building License
The Projects are included within the future environmental impact modifications that LAP manages in a centralized manner.
