Terms of Use

Parking Lot Terms of Use at AIJC:

Short and Long Stay

For Short and Long Stay parking: Allowed for vehicles with a height equal to or less than 2.2 m.

Buses

For Bus parking: Allowed for vehicles with a height greater than 2.2 m.

Exit

Users have a 15-minute grace period to exit the parking lot after paying for their ticket.

The following activities are prohibited in the AIJC parking lot (*):

  • Harassing or physically and/or verbally assaulting passengers, staff of the parking lot operating company, AIJC security personnel, and, in general, any user, authority, or operational staff within the AIJC parking lot.
  • Obstructing pedestrian traffic to or from the passenger terminal with a vehicle or any other means.
  • Parking a vehicle in unauthorized areas or occupying more than one parking space.
  • Occupying spaces designated for users with reduced mobility without meeting the necessary conditions.
  • Using the AIJC parking lot for any purpose other than vehicle parking.
  • Offering taxi or passenger transport services vocally, directly, or through third parties ("promoters") within the parking lot or surrounding areas inside AIJC.
  • Offering any unauthorized service or product within the parking lot without LAP's authorization.
  • Consuming alcoholic beverages or drugs within the parking lot.
  • (*) For the purposes of these regulations, harassment includes actions such as deliberately invading a passenger's personal space, obstructing their passage to offer services or for any other reason, making contact with their luggage or belongings without their consent, among others.

In accordance with the second paragraph of subsection c) of paragraph 6.3 of article 6 of Legislative Decree No. 1372 and paragraph 7.3 of article 7 of Supreme Decree No. 003-2019-EF, LIMA AIRPORT PARTNERS S.R.L. hereby informs that it has carried out reasonable mechanisms to obtain information on the ultimate beneficial owner, considering the ownership and control criteria set forth in items a) and b) of paragraph 4.1 of article 4 of Legislative Decree 1372 and in paragraphs 5.1 to 5.4 of its Regulations, and has documented them, respectively. However, it has not been possible to identify the ultimate beneficial owner under the criteria indicated in the preceding paragraph; therefore, we have considered as ultimate beneficial owners the natural persons who hold the senior management positions.
