Medical Assistance

24/7 Medical Assistance at the Airport

In the event of any emergency or urgent situation, you can request assistance at the Information Modules, at Air Health Services, or inform airport staff, who will coordinate your care.

These services are provided by:

  • Sanidad Aerea Internacional: an agency under the Callao Regional Government that provides medical services to passengers. It is located in Domestic Arrivals, first floor.
  • Cardiomovil: for urgent and/or emergency care, in coordination with Air Health Services. They have an ambulance available to transport patients to a healthcare facility.

We also offer:

  • Telephone triage service: intercom systems located at various points throughout the terminal, to request information or assistance in case of emergency.
  • More than 200 defibrillators located within 2 minutes of distance.

In accordance with the second paragraph of subsection c) of paragraph 6.3 of article 6 of Legislative Decree No. 1372 and paragraph 7.3 of article 7 of Supreme Decree No. 003-2019-EF, LIMA AIRPORT PARTNERS S.R.L. hereby informs that it has carried out reasonable mechanisms to obtain information on the ultimate beneficial owner, considering the ownership and control criteria set forth in items a) and b) of paragraph 4.1 of article 4 of Legislative Decree 1372 and in paragraphs 5.1 to 5.4 of its Regulations, and has documented them, respectively. However, it has not been possible to identify the ultimate beneficial owner under the criteria indicated in the preceding paragraph; therefore, we have considered as ultimate beneficial owners the natural persons who hold the senior management positions.
